Pros

Decent pay though a lot less than I’ve made with other, younger companies. Excellent professional development opportunities and dispersion of information useful to working artists. Welcoming culture though some are not who they portray at first.

Cons

They do not pay for prep time as some others do. Nobody there knows the calculations to budget for mural making and whoever refuses to hire someone who does as opposed to being degree seeking missiles. Muralists end up losing time and money due to this lack of knowledge.
