Pros

Some of the employees are great to work with.

Cons

Upper management turn a blind eye to what goes on in the stores and offices, they don't want to hear about it. Good employees get treated badly and bad employees get promoted. High turnover in all departments . No overtime allowed-period. No morals and alot of drama.

The company gives competitive commissions to those who do minimal work.

Cons

Terrible management, negative employees, low salary, over time and extra hours not compensated, limited training, biased against employees, intrusive, unstructured, horrible chain of command and they reward the laziest and least working employees with the most money and bonuses.

Possibility to make decent money if you drive yourself crazy

Cons

Management from the very top, down. Poorly ran shops Refuse to pay your hard earned monthly bonuses every chance they get. (Which is where most of your money comes from)
