Pro’s are the people! People make it great! The environment we work in on a daily basis. Is awesome. The camaraderie and trust we have in each other,, is off the charts. I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked in many “big companies “ in Rochester N.Y. (G.M. Bausch & Lomb and Kodak) This company is leaps and bounds ahead of all of them. I am blessed to be employed here!
The mission behind Li-Cycles vision is very admirable and respectable.
Cons
Business practices and work environment are in desperate need of tweaking and assistance. Employees are subjected to potentially carcinogenic environments and safety protocols are an afterthought. Management is in complete disarray and employees don't care about anything but their paychecks.
