LVR is a company with a poor reputation and a lack of focus on their customers and their service to those customers.

Pros
LVR does have a wide selection of high-end gear offered at very competitive prices. They are able to accommodate wide variety of production requirements.
Cons
The leadership of the company is borderline inept who conduct themselves extremely unprofessionally. They do not pay competitive wages nor offer competitive benefits .

Pros
The work is hard and the company gets very busy last minute, but there's solid team. You will learn about all the equipment, operation, concepts. They like to promote from within. Opposite of a corporate feel. Communication with the Manager and the owner is good.
Cons
It gets busy very quickly so if you're looking for a job to coast this is not for you. Be prepared to work hard.
