      Some of the people are great

      Cons

      Some have too much authority and power. Figuring out who your manager is and who actually has a say in your quality of work is confusing. Was treated horrible by a high strung, OCD peer who has been there too long and given way to much authority when he isn't even a manager.

      Pros

      They believe in fast expansion of acquisitions and will dump a lot of money into your local economy.

      Cons

      Limited growth from the local company to corporate. Their standardization processes are never actually standard across the board. Since becoming Linamar, we've lost our family feel and the POC have all turned into Profit Oriented Robots.

      Advancement made easy if you conture yourself to managements ideas

      Cons

      Feels like a startup even after 5 years. Upper management changes practices and procejures daily. If you think differently they will find a way to push you out even stooping to lies
