Pros
An artistic and creative environment with a very relaxed atmosphere. My co-workers were such wonderful people and worked hard to produce top-quality audiobooks. It's a very niche industry and the CEO had a great vision, with future developments in the works.
Cons
Some strange hours and had to wear many hats, but very worth it in the end.
