They advertise the role as a junior marketing assistant but the role couldn't be further from this. You are literally there to stand in shopping malls forcing credit cards on people who 99% of the time don't want/ need one. All the leaders and crew leaders are brainwashed into thinking they are going to be on the big bucks in no time and refuse to give up because they are always promised the big break is just around the corner. They act like its a hard job to attain but in reality it is not. As long as you are willing to work 9h+ for commission only (you might go home with nothing) they will have you. I had a similar experience to this before so realised very early on what was happening. I was segregated from the rest of the new recruits because the leader didn't want me to pass on my 'negative' energy (reality). Everyone avoids speaking about the salary as they know most people would be put off and their aim is to get you to invest so much time and money (they don't pay travel) that you can't back out. There are few success stories with about the same probability as winning the lottery which everyone clings on to and insist is a 'guaranteed' way to be a business owner.

THERE ARE FORUMS AND DOCUMENTARIES ABOUT THESE FAKE SCAM “marketing companies” It’s ONE BIG lie they lie in the job advertising. It’s a sales job 100% COMMISSION they lie to you about a salary. The “company” is a joke 12 hours 6 days a week no pay . They make the company sound luxurious to lure you in 100% pyramid scheme only the guys at the top are eating. Everyone their is BRAINWASHED Just read all the negative reviews that’s where the truth is. The company writes fake reviews to push the bad reviews down the list so they’re no longer visible. If the company is so great why you writing fake reviews Tom ? If the company was legit you wouldn’t lie on the job description about pay and roles would you know Tommy boy ?
