Pros

I heard so many good things about this company. But NONE of them were true. This is not a work environment you want to ever find yourself in. There are no “pros” to working here. The only silver lining I can think of is that I have free will and can leave when I find a new position elsewhere.

Cons

THIS PLACE TREATS ITS EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP. I have been disrespected, undermined, and devalued since day 1 and I don’t know how much longer I can take it.

Pros

I can’t think of a single one. Maybe the fake picture they paint of themselves during the hiring process? That was the only part of my experience at Living Essentials I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed.

Cons

Everything. The work environment. The psychos in management. The lies and false promises. There isn’t a single thing they do right. The CEO is a megalomaniac that comes up with bad innovations that he pushes out nationwide, then we’re stuck picking up the mess he’s created thereafter.

Hire pros and then trust them

Pros

great family environment. Tons of good people.

Cons

They promote from within, but management usually does not have experience in what they are managing. CEO and upper management do not have a clue and often just 'wing it'. No HR department.
