Pros

Had free lunches for birthdays??? There weren't really aren't any honesty.

Cons

IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL, WORK HERE! IF YOU LIKE OFFICE POLITICS, WORK HERE! the environment was very toxic when I worked there. the employees had a system of kissing butt beyond imaginable. If you kiss the "appointed" managers' butts they'll like you and will cover for you. if you don't you will get thrown under the bus from what I've seen. It is about being in a clique, just like the movie mean girls. they constantly messed things up themselves, and if you made a mistake, instead of helping you they were in the business of throwing under the bus and pointing fingers. tick one off and they were all are against you. they spent their quality time gossiping about people via Instant messenger. totally pathetic. they all gossiped, even some of the men. all you heard was the pounding of the keyboard not from working but from gossiping on instant messenger ALL DAY LONG. it's like they thought the other employees didn't know they were probably talking crap about them, like HELLO i'm pretty sure it was obvious. there was no sense of teamwork. there were some of the "team members" who spent their whole day looking at pretty much close to pornography on the computers while "working." when I worked there I could remember a handful of actual good workers. They seemed to have kept to themselves so I see why they were probably actually the good workers. and please buy yourself the loudest, biggest headphones to use while working there or you might lose your mind. I bought huge headphones just to survive. I recalled a lot of them talking all day long about inappropriate and offensive things, including sexual, rape, racial and homophobic slurs and constantly revealed their personal intimate lives which used to make me cringe when I came into work. I didn't come to work to throw up in my mouth. especially that the ones who shared the most private info about themselves were obviously not very attractive. Go figure. no one cared about who you slept with over the weekend, or how drunk you got. they often joked about these things and it showed some of their very ignorant personal views. very non-cultured people. I'm sure they made people super uncomfortable. if this company was legitimate and had an HR department, everyone would be fired on the spot and their would be many pending lawsuits. basically a free-for-all to voice how truly ignorant, racist, and homophobic some of the people that work there are. I've seen some great employees come and go during my time there. because the owners did not see how valuable they were, they lost them. they are stuck with the some really crappy people I'm sure. I guess that's how KARMA goes. all comes full circle. some of the employees thought they knew everything, when in truth they were overcompensating for their idiocy and incompetence. constantly lying to clients about even being in meetings, not available, can't do this, can't do that, let alone the services we supposedly did for them. clients cancelled all the time, due to the dishonest work they did. Come end of the month, they would completely lie to the customers on their progress. there were clients who were smart enough to realize their schemes and quickly canceled. there was no quality of work, just like a sweatshop. knockout content, make videos, do directories and cover their tracks. they expected you to stay late and get in early and slave away. the appointed Managers covered for the employees they loved who actually didn't do the work. there was absolutely NO room for growth, they trained certain people on certain things and didn't let you learn or grow. purely based on favoritism. I don't think they realized how talented some of their employees were because they gave other responsibilities to the idiots of the bunch. no normal days off per year, only like 10, most companies do 20+ paid. also no benefits. you are expected to work on all holidays even when there are no clients working. when you need personal time off it's like you committed a murder. it was basically a dictatorship type atmosphere and the owners always flipped over nothing. just as a typical salesperson, the owners were quite suspicious. bosses seemed to look the other way when their employees are acting like children and in reality they could get their little company in serious trouble. do yourself a favor, if you EVER see this company post a job ad, quickly X out of the screen. this company is not where you want to end up. It seemed like a cool place at first but....you'll soon see it is a place full of really really bad people who have a lot of serious mental issues. there are some good people there unfortunately, but don't let the non-corporate environment fool you, it didn't last when i was there. they didn't seem to realize how many great employees have came and left (including myself) due to their inability to face the real truth going on. these people seemed pretty delusional and will always be in DENIAL. they avoided facing the truth and issue at hand. very passive aggressive. TWO WORDS: RUN FAST!

Pros

At first it was a nice work environment when the business opened and people were professional. Also when rules were actually enforced and people were paid to do work not to boost the bosses' ego.

Cons

I am not going to write something extreme and outrageous that is simply too much to believe. The truth is a little less cutthroat. I worked here for a couple of years and the quality of service has decreased significantly. The managers are never around, so the management of the company is left to a young supervisor who does everything she can to fit in with her coworkers. Rather than showing any leadership whatsoever, she allows employees to play "cards against humanity" in the back and to talk about the intimacies of their lives, including their relations and preferred positions in bed. That alone could be considered offensive, but that is not all. Because the corporate culture here is that of a high school classroom, no work gets done. Several clients were unhappy with their services and left during a couple of months’ time. The work was simply not completed on time and the clients fell in their search positions. They have done a great job for the recent clients, surprisingly, despite being a playground for the employees. And it is truly a great place to work if you want to get paid to socialize, but there's a definite clique mentality to the point where if you are rejected by the majority, no professionalism applies or is enforced. Overall, great company if you want affordable SEO services, or cheap web hosting, but not if you want professionalism.

Pros

You get to socialize all day and not work if you don't want to just don't take too long doing what you actually have to do. The managers are never in, so really it just depends on if the client you are assigned is picky or not.

Cons

With everyone talking in the back about their life's most intimate details, it can create a pretty offensive environment if you are not used to it. Not for the weak-minded. it's basically like you're back in high school and the job is to fit in, not to do to your job. no one is required to be nice to you, again the bosses aren't around, so if you upset one of them you upset all of them, and they will NOT be professional with you anymore. it can create a pretty uncomfortable environment. The constant chatter in the back also makes it hard to concentrate, headphones are a "must-have"...
