Pros

Projects of a lifetime! Lovely coworkers.

Cons

Office is a constant mess. No overtime or comp days, despite expectations and hours banked. Salary is significantly lower than industry standards. Verbal abuse in the office is ignored and any reports are swept under the rug. Very little growth opportunities.

Pros

Good pay compared to other similar companies in the industry, but only because LP squeezes resources to achieve the most with minimal effort.

Cons

**Terrible Leaders** The leaders, no long JB, ends up running the company without understanding design or the craftsmanship needed to transform a good idea into a quality product. **Toxic working environment,** Leadership tells small lies and present situations or facts in a misleadingly positive way, often to manipulate perceptions or avoid responsibility. They have no feeling in their hearts about wanting to really help the staff. **Too many directors and overhead** LP is a miserable place for junior staff. LP doesn't value the idea of simply excelling at one's job. Leadership constantly pushes people into management roles or other responsibilities to increase client billing.
