-Teammates are chill -Perks that comes with media job (tastings, events, gifts) but perks are now really limited because of management's restrictions
Cons
-Runs company like it's a ponzi scheme, shilling to one handful of investors to pay back other investors -Shortsighted, scammy sales tactic that relies on upselling to businesses then never following up with them after flopping -Predatory HR practices, prone to bullying young employees who lack knowledge on how to set up boundaries/protect their interests -Underpays employees yet expect blinding loyalty
