Pros

Easy work and easy to get time off.

Cons

Started as a side job at a place called issues and answers. Eventually I was promoted to a supervisor. All it took was good attendance which over half the staff struggled with. We merged with a Logit 4 years later. Never worked for a worse company in my life. Everything we did felt artificial. At first I was convinced we were going to make a difference. They acted like they really were good at listening to problems but I was fooled. They gave us employees surveys and had meetings with us about problems. It seemed like every time I brought up concerns they acted like they cared but nothing was done. I talked privately with other supervisors in the company and they felt the same frustration with nothing getting fixed. I was by far the most vocal about it. We kept calling people even when they said to stop calling. When someone hung up we were forced to put in the program that it was a no answer instesd of initial refusal. It took years for them to add the hang up call disposition. They relied so much on metrics but I tried telling middle management long ago there is no transparency in these metrics because we don’t know how many people are hanging up compared to people not answering the phone. Yes it took YEARS to fix this. The program used was called voxco. It has terrible lag at times. I constantly had employees complain to me about the lag. Another issue was so many calls randomly would drop. When we were issues and answers we didn’t have nearly the problems. Middle management was also very strict back then to hear my concerns and fix the problem in a timely manner. It feels like many in middle management a logit have never worked a real job outside market research. Yes I’m talking about you Gillian. Surveys were often so broken with follow up questions not making sense. The company would blame the client but really it was often the project managers not doing there job. Then middle or upper management was always so slow to catch on when project managers were not doing their job. We were also forced to lie about some of the survey lengths. There were some year around ones we did that took about 30-40 minutes at times. If asked we were to lie and say about 20 minutes depending on your answers. We also had a problematic employee that my manager would not fire. He harassed women on several occasions. He was on a final warning but would get a final, final warning. He was also rude to respondents on surveys at times. He was even pulled from a couple surveys because the client complained about him. I had employees complain to me about his toxic behavior. My manager enabled this. After this and middle management laughing at issues I reported, I eventually seen this company as a huge red flag and put my 2 weeks in. I felt the company had no practicality whatsoever. It was easy money with okay pay but completely artificial. Do yourself a favor and get a real job instead of working at this place. Also logit often had very low hours. Sometimes only 2.5 hours and you are done for the day. One day instead of finishing a project one night which we could have did easy, management decided to finish the next day. Some people come in at 5 others 6 for night shift. That night everyone was done at 6:40. Yes, the 6 o’clock workers that drove to work got only 40 minutes on the clock. Easy solution, the day prior have the employees get more than the 2.5 hours and finish the project. These kinds of frustrations are why I left the company.

Pros

There are no pros to this job or company. Wish I could rate it a minus 0.

Cons

This company is a horrible company. The mgmt team is not a good team . There are maybe 2 team leaders who are helpful. The mgr is a female who is lazy won’t respond to questions. Actually none of them will respond in a timely manner. The pay is lousy and there are no incentives. You’re micro managed, never a kind word from the team. They are not consistent with instructions one says one thing another tells you something else. You have no idea what hours you’re being paid for. This is very dishonest. You know nothing until you get your pay. You have to except what they say are your hours, no other way to check or compare. THEY CARE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE MANGERS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THEM ALL.

Pros

None what so ever. seriously.

Cons

Told to lie to respondents. Lies to employees about their inconsistent numbers and blatantly falsified data. Uses numbers on applications to illegally harass people. Insane amount of micromanagement where they pull you away from productive work to essentially intimidate employees for doing nothing that actually skews results. Literally only reason for the 'meetings' is for managers to appear busy. All for a company that steals from people with no intention of compensating people, just the copied and pasted line "you're influencing things around you with your opinions" REAL STATISTICS DONT LIE LOGIT. Unlike what you tell your employees to do
