Look-Look is one of the front runners in youth culture. They have all the pieces in line to make significant impact, but unfortunately cannot focus on the things that fans of the company are most familiar with (e.g. Team Look-Look Network, Look-Look arts magazine)... Client-funded projects seem to be the only focus.
Cons
The high turnover rate, unwarranted exclusivity and inability to help employees learn and progress are some of the major downsides.
It looks great on your resume and other people think it's a cool place to work. You do learn a lot about youth culture, but you'd have to balance that against the difficult work environment.
Cons
There are many. The owners of the company have little invested in their people. Everyone is a commodity. To be fair, this is not unlike many companies, but when you are made to feel completely replaceable it can be difficult to want to come back everyday. Senior management is "distant" at best and practice "ivory tower" management. Communication is passive agressive and compliments are back-handed.
