    Pros

    Great work environment, staff and students are wonderful to work with.

    Cons

    Wages for subs are a bit low.

    I have been working at Louis Riel school division full-time

    Pros

    Great communication from the division. Your expactations are clear and precise. Plenty of support if you run into issues and are unsure how to proceed.

    Cons

    No flexibility when it comes to your schedule or hours. Not a lot of say in decisions regarding your students.

    Advice to Management

    Use your educational assistants to their full potential. They could help to lighten your work load and assist you in much of the paperwork you are required to complete.

    Very supportive. Great opportunities. Great family hours.

    Not full time hours. Only work 5.5 hours a day.
