      Great kids, good coworkers, but you're just a number to management.

      Pros

      The kids are great, the parents are wonderful, usually.

      Cons

      Leadership does not appear to care about you as a person. Benefits are lousy. They do try to offer some flexibility with schedules, but because of state mandated ratios there's only so much they can do. Getting time off can be very difficult as well.

      They are flexible and really understanding management. All the staff is one big family. It's the best company I ever work for.
