-There is no training at this job. They give you a script to read from and when you ask questions, managers delegate most questions to team members and makes you feel stupid for asking.
-Cold calling all day, you deal with a lot of rejection.
-Certain people at the job do and get whatever they want because they have a close connection with the owners.
-Lies about opportunity! They promote opportunity but you get no real incentives/raises/bonuses but they do add on more responsibilities to your plate for literally nothing.
-There are many incentives and bonuses to do a better job, but they are many paid out.
-Owners often threaten to fire employees everyday if they don't reach a certain quota, which makes no sense because it's 100% commission and they don't pay employees for their time.
-They pick and chose who gets good inventory based on their relationship with the owners.
-Incidents of sexual harassment constantly present in the work place.
-They say they support and are happy for everyone but when you make a sale no one actually cares.
-CEO constantly picks on people in the morning meeting just to make them feel terrible at their performance instead of offering help/guidance.
-Unethical business practices. They scam their clients and provide existing clients with no customer service. They get their clients money all upfront with no actual guarantee that they will follow up with service. They are rated an F on BBB for a reason.
-No health benefits.
-Management consist of one person who sits in an office and not speak to anyone, one who flirts with all the female employees, one who constantly gossips about everyone and get complains about everything. They are the "go-to's" in the office but provide no training.
-They lie about the job. There's no advertising, marketing, or customer service positions. It's sales. 100% commission sales on the phone. It's all cold calls. It's also an entry-level job as they are willing to hire anyone to fill the chairs in their office.
-They do not respect anyone.
