Thank you for your lovely comments about the team, you obviously like our #MidasPRdreamteam otherwise you wouldn't have come to us as an intern and subsequently joined our company twice and still join us for some of our parties :-) As you well know we have an open door policy and are easy to talk to, it would have been so much better had you voiced your concerns during one of our conversations rather than here on Glassdoor. You can be sure that we are doing our best to keep a healthy company culture and also creating clear guidelines and onboarding procedures for our new recruits. Indeed we work on many cool and great events and have very interesting clients. Our company culture is very dynamic and a melting pot of different experiences and nationalities, on the contrary to what this review says we give a lot of responsibility to all our employees, even to those who intern with us.
