Pros

Great pay and benefits. Awesome team members.

Cons

Upper management has too high of turnover and far too much power. It instantly goes to their heads and then good people go straight to the chopping block, They purposefully set unachievable goals and therefore set themselves and the entire company up for failure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re genuinely glad to hear that your experience with your teammates, compensation, and benefits has been positive—those are intentional investments, and it matters to us that they’re felt day to day. We also take the concerns you raised seriously. Leadership stability, clarity of expectations, and the responsible use of authority are not abstract ideals here; they are operational requirements. When those systems feel misaligned, it’s a signal worth examining, not dismissing. MIT45 operates in a high-growth, high-accountability environment. That means goals are ambitious by design—but they must also be grounded, transparent, and paired with the support required to achieve them. When that balance is off, the impact is real, and we acknowledge that. We are actively working to strengthen leadership continuity, improve goal-setting discipline, and ensure accountability flows in all directions—not just downward. The intent is not control for its own sake, but durability: building a company where strong people can do their best work without unnecessary volatility. We appreciate the candor. Feedback like this helps sharpen the organization, and we remain committed to earning trust through action, not messaging.

Mismanaged

Pros

You will learn to work with very difficult leadership so your patience will grow! Good health insurance.

Cons

So many! First off, they fire people left and right all the time. The place is ran incompetently, the CEO is more focused on growing his own influence than growing the business. He’s trying to prove to the world that the company is world-class, while cutting corners everywhere and not setting in place lasting solutions. Also, the company is 90% ran through ChatGPT, so nothing ever seems genuine because the leadership doesn’t even care to pretend they’re competent enough to come up with solutions on their own. Also, no company should have the amount of cars this company has, especially since most of them aren’t for shows or to create buzz for the company, they’re personal vehicles that happen to be in company budgets… Finally, they changed the company name to Diversified Botanics with about one week of anticipation. Just because the CEO felt like it. You can’t make a good company grow if you’re making big decisions within a small time frame.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that not every employee experience will align with our vision, and feedback, both positive and critical, helps us improve. Over the past few years, our company has undergone significant transformation, including a rebrand to Diversified Botanics. These changes were not made lightly; they reflect a long-term strategy to expand our reach, strengthen compliance, and prepare the organization for the next stage of growth. While rapid decisions can feel disruptive, they are driven by the need to keep pace with an evolving industry and ensure that we remain competitive. We also want to address the mention of artificial intelligence. We proudly leverage AI as part of our operations, believing it enables us to be more innovative, more precise, and more efficient. AI tools don’t replace leadership or decision-making, they enhance our ability to analyze data, streamline processes, and focus human talent on the high-value work that grows both the company and our people. We do not comment on individual personnel matters, but we are committed to building an environment where performance is measured fairly, and employees can grow with the company. Our leadership team has invested heavily in professional development, compliance, and employee support resources to ensure we operate at the highest standard possible. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and remain focused on creating a workplace that values excellence, accountability, innovation, and opportunity. For those considering a career with us, we encourage open dialogue and welcome questions in the interview process to ensure alignment.
