I worked at MOL Logistics full-time

    Pros

I specifically worked at MOL-IT America, a separate subsidiary providing all IT development and support to MOL. Good benefits like "unlimited" sick days, annual health screenings.

    Cons

Most of the technical writing was done in India. Let's just say the quality was less than adequate. Despite stated intentions, the NJ writers remained separated from development to our detriment.

    Advice to Management

This is moot at this point, but I suppose your projections were way too optimistic, causing you to buy too many containers, resulting in the need for a merger with two other shipping companies.

I worked at MOL Logistics full-time

    Pros

    Compensation is good.
Medical for 6 members with no cost from employee.

    Cons

Mediaeval mentality, old people are working here
Culture is just like a school.
Currently they are loosing business in 2016-2017.
Inhouse developement center for MOL business.
9 hour office time is mandatory no flexibility.

    Advice to Management

Be little flexible. Be little modern.
