      Pros

      Theresa tries hard to work with your schedule and circumstances. This work is a good workout. This job can't be outsourced, and will always be needed since AI technology isn't good enough or cheap enough for most. Good team work most of the time, reliable work

      Cons

      the wear-and-tear on the body, high turn around because it's hard to find people willing to work hard, lack of benefits like health care (but I understand why not).
