Lovely members, and very nice coworkers. Plus the bonuses are very generous.

Cons

The pay is not where it should be, but Mainstream is a non-profit, so it's understandable.

The health insurance and bonus checks were great

Cons

Certain staff clients and supervisors belived other staff and not the staff telling the honest truth. But I truly loved my job and would do anything to prove I'd do anything to come back..
