- A lot of flexibility - Supportive internal admin/finance/IT team - Caring frontline team who genuinely want to make a difference

Cons

- Clinical supervision is not appropriate - Requests for development ignored - Favours staff outside of the organisation over internal staff for management opportunities - Does not vet staff appropriately before employing them - Disposable attitude towards frontline staff

Unfortunately I really can't think of any.

Cons

High turnover, poor pay and terms and conditions. Not a good employer. Lot's of people are unhappy.
