Pros
Without a doubt the greatest place I've ever worked. A team full of intelligent, hard working people who focus on the vision of the company and not internal politics.
The company hires people they trust and lets them get to work with a no nonsense approach. As a distributed company, communication and transparency is very important, but the company makes a concerted effort to make sure everyone feels part of the team, whether they're working from home, at a co-working space, or one of the company offices.
Most importantly, the founders have created an ethically minded company and you can tell they really care about the impact the company has on their employees, shareholders, the industry, and society more broadly. This evident in much of the decision making.
Cons
The range of time zones can be a bit difficult to deal with.
