Accounting is a complete and total disaster. I am sure money is lost on a DAILY basis because of lack of knowledge coming out of the accounting dept. It's a damn shame.
MarketLogic has been the most accommodating and caring employer I've ever experienced in 15 years in the industry. Their tenacity to achieve better and grow further is something to admire. I am SO proud to be here. Each day leading my team is an honor, and this comes from a place of formerly being inhibited.

Growing pains, and the disorganization that comes with that. Nothing that can't be corrected, or concerned about!
