      Pros

      Some really great people work here. Everyone works hard to make things happen. Company is small enough that you will be exposed to a lot of things within an agency environment. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Since its a small company, compensation is not on par with other agencies. Management is also too busy to properly mentor people or pay attention to people who are not good at their work.
