Managers are quick to respond whenever help is needed and try to assign a case in close proximity. BCBAs are very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They often ask BTs for their insights and feedback when it comes to the client. The schedule is super flexible and you can always make up sessions.
Cons
No benefits, no pay for cancellation when family cancel last minute and not having enough training for bts.
