      Fair salary and commission structure. Good insurance benefits & 401k. Nice updated office with private kitchen and bathrooms. Downtown Royal Oak location is perfect for walking or taking breaks-don't overlook this! Summer Fridays & Winter 4:30pm Fridays. Quality office lunches 2x's per week. Holiday party & family summer baseball suite party. Company swag, music over the radio & genuinely nice people.

      Nothing I can think of. When I have questions, they are answered. When I have suggestions, often times they are implemented. When I need help, it's all hands on deck.

      CEO is only concerned with himself and the company’s bottom line. Fires staff who was once a several time ‘Employee of the Month’ right before a major surgery.
