Pros

This company offers you the real opportunity to work with people from every part of the world. The amount of cultures, languages and knowledge of any single member of the team is incredibly valuable. The company gives you the ability to effectively learn the role and skills of an Inside sales manager, handle tough situations with the customer and how to better improve yourself. The same for the leads generation activity, managing the book of business of potential customers, with the continuus learning of the cold calling process activities. Working life is balanced. The real resource there is the people you work with. Amazing cooperation and teamwork in any projects they handle.

Cons

The previous review obviously says a lie, as any company has at least a cons! Bullet points of MaxASP cons:, - Very unsatisfying low salary. - Very limited career progression, especially if you are a woman... Apparently they think you can be good only to make coffee and tea for the guests! - The management needs to be trained properly: very limited leadership, poor in assertiveness, knowledge and organisational skills. - huge lack of organization and communication. - professionalism is definitely something that needs to be developed and taken as main value. - As previously mentioned, if you are a woman I suggest to look for another company. If you are a man (personal experience) you can be happy, depending on your ambitions.

Pros

The diversity of projects. They allow you to quickly reveal yourself in your field. The international environment with colleagues from all over the world. A great working atmosphere Onboarding is done in a professional manner and you quickly get into the swing of things. Schedules are flexible and employees are "free" to choose their workload. MaxASP is a springboard to other positions or to the business development market. But not always. That depends on the responsibilities you're given.

Cons

Lack of organization. Lack of transparency. Lack of communication. But they are determined to do something about it, and they have made progress recently. Depending on the project you're working on, you won't get the same attention from those in charge. Not all projects have the same importance, so by association, not all employees have the same value in the eyes of management. You go from being a "super star" when you arrive, to a mere number when you're no longer needed. Lack of internal culture. If Onboarding is up to scratch, Offboarding is non-existent. When you've decided to leave the company or are asked to leave, you no longer exist, and your past successes no longer count. Lack of employee loyalty. Little opportunity for advancement within the company. It is possible to be hired by the customer, but this is very rare. Internally, no seniority hierarchy, a new employee can become a manager in a year (which is good) but this is more political than performance-based. Conversely, an experienced employee can be passed over for promotion. High turnover. Your position depends on the customer project. If the project closes for X reason, you're either sent on to a new project (if there are vacancies) or you have to leave the company. Management doesn't listen to its employees. It's up to you to push them for feedback. Unavailable. Again, it all depends on the project. If you don't speak English, forget it. You'll end up in a drawer.

Pros

I learned the ability to convince people with cold calling to buy our products. I learned the whole process of end-user and Chanel team. I participated in training new employees joining the company and teaching them about the methodology.

Cons

Unprofessional and not trustworthy. They promise you so many things and nothing happens.
