Decent pay and the people you worked directly with were great people. I started during the commissioning of the plant and my experience might differ to what presently is the company.

Cons

Company doesn't know what direction to head in and the employees pay for it. Constant layoffs and change in hours of operation. Company hired me for a position that did not exist or the third shift for that matter and was only told after the hiring process that training on days was only option.
