Pros

Friendly culture. Great exposure to consulting. Deep subject matter expertise. Strong client results. Likable senior management.

Cons

Challenging environment for junior staff with long hours required given work volume (and pressure not to bill for them all), resulting in poor work-life balance. Mid-level managers tend to be inexperienced — they've proven they can get results, but have little to no training in how to effectively managing teams. Retirement benefits are lacking and below market average.
