Pros

Some of the members on the team were experienced, knowledgeable and great people.

Cons

Some of the other team members; unprofessional behavior is praised and rewarded. The company pushes you to deliver, but the goals are unrealistic from management because they don't do the work, so they would not know. They sell hopes and dreams to clients and then do not provide Recruiters with the tools to do the work. You have to share job board times and have to utilize free websites to generate candidates.

In addition, our track record of hiring and training recruiters has proven to be a strength. We ask that our more experienced recruiters act as mentors and leaders. I am sorry that our environment was not suited for you.

Everything-- horribly managed no training, most gossipy high school like environment I have ever experienced! Tons of layoffs! Do not work here if your looking for growth in your career!!

Pros, "No pros at all", Cons, "Everything". If that is the way you feel then you are probably having that same experience over and over again. I am sorry that your Method3 experience was so horrible and hope that things have gotten better for you.

The people vs. the company

Pros

THE EMPLOYEES, this is the biggest pro at Method3! Almost every team member is a major asset, and brings a lot to the table in regards to experience, potential, and willingness to contribute. If it were not for these people, I don't believe I would have made it at this company. Although there are a few who like to spend their days creating drama and talking trash on others, there are so many who are not only great employees, but great people. They are the reason Method3 is still afloat.

Cons

The ratio of people who have been laid off is high. The amount of people who have willingly left is higher. The management, and president included, are hardly ever in the office. This physical absence has contributed to the ignorance of what is actually going on to accelerate the companies demise. Have annual bonuses, give employees performance reviews, make them feel valued and respected. Do not scare your employees into being able to talk to you. Most of us were/are uneasy about approaching management about the simplest of things.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. You bring up some very valid points. I disagree with your comments regarding our turnover. It is true that we have lost some good people but most of them have moved on to work for our clients, KPMG, Deloitte, etc., so we view that as a positive. It means that we are hiring and developing good people and doing good work for our clients.
