      Pros

      I get to meet all kinds of people with different views. I love talking to people just to hear stories about their family. People are interesting, and I love to tell them about my family and how I grew up.

      Cons

      when the trains are really late, I get people coming in to fuss about where is the train and how many minutes behind. They do not realize that I am making those same announcements over the intercom.
