      You’ll likely succeed here if you’re adaptable to a highly political workplace, comfortable with inconsistent leadership direction, and able to manage frequent organizational turnover.

      Cons

      Success here appears less dependent on performance and more on alignment with leadership preferences. Combined with weak sales execution, inconsistent executive direction, and frequent leadership turnover, this creates an environment that lacks professionalism and long-term stability.

      The training is so disorganized. Different staff all trying to train you at once with different expectation. No actions against unruly or disrespectful employees. They tell you to keep your head down and bring it to manager. But when brought to manager the issue is never resolved and treat you as the issue for reporting it. It is a free for all no one really overseeing anyone. They try to make you seem like you’re supported but that has not been the case.
