Pros

Very accommodating employer and an excellent work-life balance can be achieved in the TSO role. Personally, I have excellent team leaders and senior managers who are involved and supportive but do not micro manage. Good salaries, Birthday leave and a 35 hour week , that I do not take for granted. Standards are high, which is understandable and applauded and if you want to progress , there is scope to do so.

Cons

Having a head office in the city centre is a pain but not a game changer.

Many thanks for this five star review here on Glassdoor! and for your positive comments. We appreciate all your comments and will feed them back. Our Comms team are working closely with Tenancy Services following a number of recent Focus Groups and using best practice from those sessions with other teams.

Pros

The organisation offers a genuinely professional and tenant‑focused working environment, where high standards, accountability, and Tenant outcomes are taken seriously. There is a clear sense of purpose across the business, and decisions are driven by doing the right thing for tenants and communities. The benefits package is excellent and clearly reflects the value placed on employees, with strong pension provision, generous leave, flexible working options, and wellbeing support. Leadership is approachable and knowledgeable, and the culture encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. It is a place where experienced professionals want to work and stay. Colleagues are skilled, committed, and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere where people are empowered to do their best work. The organisation has a strong reputation in the sector and provides meaningful opportunities to grow, develop, and make a real impact.

Cons

Because the organisation attracts experienced professionals, standards are high, which may feel demanding for those who prefer a less structured or less accountable environment.
