I am sorry that you were once a hopeful, fulfilled soul looking to get into the industry but now sit here empty and beaten. I am sorry that you had to endure the mental abuse the CEO calls a personality instead of being respected for your craft and opinions. I am sorry that your race and culture were diminished and disrespected instead of celebrated. I am sorry that your mental health suffered and spiraled and all you got was an empty promise of change. I am sorry that this company destroyed your spark, destroyed your hope for this industry, and scarred you for future jobs.
