Co-workers worked well together. Small family atmosphere. People took pride in their work.
Cons
Hurco buy out began to gut the place of its soul Hurco promised no one would be fired, walked more than half of the work force within a year. Quality of machine builds fell off with Hurco manufacturing overseas. Began to worry only about marketing tactics rather than pride and quality. Extremely low pay for their skilled employees.
