I worked at Mindbridge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Inbound customer service meaning no sales
    - International customers, clients= less hassle to communicate with them.

    Cons

    - Terrible work environment. Certain supervisors have no manners in dealing with employees.
    - Low pay compared to other call centres.
    - Too much stress because of the fact that an employee's salary depends on his/her quality score.
    - Salary is calculated per second, meaning if you take a break (outside of the one hour break), your salary is deducted.
    - Nobody listens to the employees. If you have a problem, you are asked to leave without any pay.

    Advice to Management

    Impose HR policies protecting employees.
Recruit more people to run the day to day activities of the company.
