Toxic management culture where intrusive behaviours of CEO/Founder (such as interrupting meetings just to voice his mind or say random speech) is deemed normal, only wants fast money (doesn't really care about employee growth or career path), very fast, sales-driven company where everyone is seen like a salesperson, salary is low compared to the market and there is no salary increase talk.
