Pros

Very creative, great time off benefits and flexibility, work environment is nice. They care about training employees, and enhancing them with AI instead of replacing.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to follow where things are going to, a lot of clients and things moving around, new companies being acquired, etc. Also seen a lot of people that work overtime and overtime is not paid.

Pros

- unlimited pto (if you can manage to take off) - health insurance (but the lowest quality possible)

Cons

- Long company wide meetings that suck up time and make it so that you have to work even more over time if you attend. - no overtime pay - many Mod Op employees (not from one of the acquired companies) are untrained or given titles. that they are not qualified for. When you work on a project with them, you have to be prepared to cover their portion of work as well. - HR department is unorganized. Often can't answer questions or provide incorrect information. - have to wait months for expense checks
