Pros
You are always staffed in fun environments. If you didn’t enjoy it you can always choose a different shift. I’ve worked for many staffing agencies and the people in corporate don’t respond very fast or well. That is not the case here. They are legitimately concerned with how you enjoy your time working with them. Fastest pay out of ANY of the agencies I’ve used. And they pay well! Shifts are often long and fast paced. (More money, you don’t get bored and you enjoy yourself!)!
Cons
I guess if you want actual “easy money” where you don’t do anything that’s a con.

office culture is cool. there are a lot of young junior people that manage the day to day accounts

owner does not have any ideas or skills when it comes to running this company. owner also promises payment to contractors and fails to pay
