      You can get entry level experience.

      Cons

      There is one full-time employee. Most of the people there are unpaid interns. The boss treats people like dirt. He even gives work from his wife to his interns. He wanna interns do his work during weekends.

      Terrible Hierarchy. The boss is older, but tries to act like a hip 15-year-old. Hides behind an impressive vocabulary, more concerned about expansion than keeping clients. He never pays his employees on time and they are underpaid, unpaid internship which is expected, but after meeting or hearing about his family, you know the money is misallocated. Expects you to work on the weekends, being an unpaid intern. Boss is extremely unprofessional and emotionally unstable.
