Pros
Been working there for almost 13 years and all I can say is that MLG was a great company that I'll miss so much to work in. Started there when I was a high-school student in 2007, all through our last Skype call in 2020. With ups and downs, still was one of the greatest companies I spent my time. Employers were friendly, almost like family, the same happens with my fellow colleagues and other employees. During high season times (usually last 2 quarters of the year), despite the pressure, there was always a great ambiance and treatment between employees. I grew there and had a second family that I was living with for 8 hrs daily for 13 years. I can't tell how much grateful I am.
Cons
Despite some much good things I've had during my experience, I can't tell all was so good. Understanding that the company went through difficult times, salary raises were cancelled in the last 4 years. Sometimes, company does not help with some training in regards of some applications they used, having to pay by our own for courses or anything to learn it. Deadlines were often too tight, giving us some difficulties to deliver projects on time.
