am Local company close to town centre. Company name is now MARCH which has caused it lose its identity.

High staff turnover. Inexperienced Senior Leadership Team. Bullying culture with Managers and Directors knowingly participating. Incompetent HR throughout. Nepotism is commonplace. You are ostracised by Managers and Directors. Open talk about drug and alcohol abuse. No training or future prospects. Little to no progress reviews.
