      Management is soooo stuck in their ways.

      Pros

      Great deal on beer and wine. Great personal benifits. 401k matching. Car and phone allowence. Lots of free stuff (bottle openers, bar stuff)

      Cons

      Managment has been in place for serveral decades. They are so set in their ways that they haven't looked for an updated way of doing things. If you don't/ can't play by their rules (which also change on what seems like a weekly basis), they will find a way out for you.

      Pros

      It's a job and you can get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, no growth, favoritism, poor supervision, managers have no clue as to how to manage or what there doing, they just want a paycheck. Employees are not valued, same old people, same old company and same old mindset.

      Set schedule, Great Company benefits, Monthly Incenitives

      Cons

      Management is not the best, you get a monthly bonus on top of pay regardless of overtime for great performance. yeah great only problem is they will write you up for anything you do so no one is able to get it so they don't have to pay anyone there monthly bonus.
