      The team at Muze is incredible. From management to colleagues, everyone here is supportive and willing to help. It creates a harmonious working environment

      Workload: While manageable, the workload can be intense sometimes due to challenging projects and tight deadlines.

      Easy to Coast, Hard to Advance

      Pros

      Easy work with low responsibility if you want. Able to find projects to develop skills and gain useful experience for resume if you put in the effort.

      Cons

      Punished for Excelling, incredibly low pay on the mutual funds side of things, very difficult to move around especially if you are valuable in your current role. CEO is out of touch with the work force at large, releasing company wide communications addressing developments and advances while frequent layoffs and poor wages are rampant.
