Pros
Very interesting work, good product, great people. You're helping people find a job, and helping employers find the best job candidates, so you couldn't ask for a more fulfilling mission. Also, the average employee has been with the firm for 7-8 years, so there's incredible loyalty.
Cons
Very rapidly changing environment, with new projects coming fast and furious. Not necessarily a negative, but can be bit overwhelming at times.
