3d Printing as the industry, the team is awesome and united (reasons to be: bad management, great industry, low salaries) It's a great place for the internship - do it! You'll have a lot of freedom and education from the co-workers, but don't plan to stay working there.

Cons

low salaries, very bad top management (not respectful, no clear structure, easy firing people with no respect talking crap about "startup nature", not an excuse to disrespect when firing)

Interesting team, from around the world, working on interesting projects.

Cons

Was an intern for 8+ months, working hard and passionate 4 days a week, demonstrating my dedication to the company. Doing extra time to get projects finished (considering my low remuneration) Asked for a slight raise, after bringing to light all the achievements I had accomplished for myself and the team/users. Explained my case and they agreed. Then they fired me a month later. Likely to hire another intern for half the price and the false hope of getting hired in the future. - rinse and repeat. I reckon this has been ongoing for quite a while.
