Pros
Its good to have steady work creating interesting things and for the most part you work with good people.
Cons
The biggest downside is by far the pay and the transparency surrounding the pay structure. The company loves to talk about how well they are doing, but only those at the very top seem to be paid fairly. Everyone is underpaid by industry standards and everyone knows it. Its hard to really love your job when you feel under appreciated like that.
