When I started working at NCIS, I was glad to be there and saw the potential to do a variety of interesting projects for this law enforcement brand in the Navy. People on my team were friendly and very knowledgeable, and experienced, and management wants to help you succeed.
Cons
Onboarding was very long, and getting me connected to the system ran into some challenges. Eventually, I was fully connected but then I decided to take the resignation with benefits because I didn't know if my job was secure to not get laid off after only 6 months.
Work-Life balance was great when I started in late 2024, but by early 2025 it was terrible when everyone was forced to return to office fully time with no remote work.
