Pros
Competitive pay and benefits. My co-workers are the best part abut working here. They’re supportive and friendly. We all look out for one another. The recent changes management have undergone has only been for the better. The culture has never been so warm and welcoming.
Cons
Some policies are a little bit too strict.

With the merger with Firecroft, we’re bigger and better than ever before. Many job opportunities to take advantage of as a recruiter if you’re ambitious. NES Firecroft is a fair employer in every sense of the word. As long as you do your job well they will always take care of you.

Decent pay. Mediocre benefits. PTO?
Cons
Management lacks experience and promoted beyond their skill set. No collaboration between groups. All of senior management is from the UK and looks down on local employees. Have not met a single person that enjoyed working for the business.

Pros
Overall it was a good run. The company provided some support and I had great co-workers to be around, some managers over time became good mentors. The benefits were great in my opinion.
Cons
Stagnant career progression until new leadership came in to play. I knew there were projects on changes to policies and career advancement but ultimately, some things ended up changing with the business.
